Asset Value Investors reports disposal of its entire shareholding

Asset Value Investors (AVI), up until now the second largest shareholder in PEH, has informed the company that it has disposed its entire shareholding of close to 10% in PEH including the position held by the British Empire Securities and General Trust plc, which is managed by AVI. The shares were placed with long-term oriented Swiss shareholders by PEH's market maker Neue Helvetische Bank AG.
