British Empire Securities and General Trust plc reports 10.80% stake
Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) informs that British Empire Securities and General Trust plc, managed by Asset Value Investors Limited (AVI), has disclosed a holding of 10.80% of the company's shares. At the same time, Mantra Investissement SCA has disclosed that it now holds less than 3% of the company's shares.
